Is the government doing enough to protect the American people and stop the spread of mad cow?
The government needs to better regulate the beef industry to protect the American people from man cow.
Ethos: I base my claims on facts and back them up with facts. Yes my audience will find it to be persuasive. By only stating backed up facts, it demonstrates my credibility as an author.
Pathos: I will appeal to the fact that it could happen to my audience or their friends or family. Since these questions will get them thinking, it will be persuasive. Logos: I will use a lot of facts and research in my paper. This will make it persuasive and make my audience believe what I am saying.
I got really confused with the rest of the outline. Outlines don't help me write. If I do an outline I get bored and my writing gets sloppy and boring. I like to just write my paper then go back and organize my paper. I also go back and make sure all of the requirements are covered so that it is a good argument.

I also didn't finish the rest of the outline. Your right about the whole bored and sloppy thing, I think thats what went wrong with my entire paper for WP#2.
