About Me

VeganChefApril: My specialty is taking comfort food and making a tasty vegan version, but I also enjoy creating "healthy" recipes and other yummy treats. I will be sharing new recipes that I try, some I come up with, as well as culinary tips, product and restaurant reviews, and little blurbs now and again on fitness and trying to stay healthy in the city.
